The MOA Concert Grounds Pasay City turned into something beautiful. Packed with around 35,000 people gathering for a much-awaited event, it was literally such a heavenly view as it was, for a night, a concert grounds full of stars for the Coldplay: A Head Full of Dreams Tour in Manila. The whooping number of the crowd was admission-wise separated into 6 segments—VIP, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Gen Ad. But for us, here’s how we saw it:
Having a romantic candlelit date (with approx. 35,000 other people). From zero to riding on your boyfriend’s shoulder, how much of a couple were you last night? We haven’t heard YET of any wedding proposal that happened last night, but if someone kneeled down on you to propose during Fix You, you deffo won in this category.
The sentimental. When you try your best, but you don’t succeed / When you get what you want, but not what you need / When you feel so tired, but you can’t sleep / Stuck in reverse
Do we need to say more? You’re probably already crying again RN.
Channeling their inner Chris Martin. You sure didn’t make it to the whole concert without your hoarse voice, and that’s regardless of whether you sang the correct lyrics or not–yup, we heard you. 😉
The Social Media FOMO. If your arms are sore today from trying to keep your phone Up&Up and as stable as possible (the entire time), this is probably you.
Intensity III earthquake, what? We get it, you were having the time of your life. You didn’t just sing your heart out through all the songs, you also jumped, danced, shouted, screamed, cheered—and even cursed–in between the lines out of emotions you couldn’t contain. We’ll probably hear you in the background of The Social Media FOMOs’ recordings.
I’m not sure in which of these categories you fall into, but one thing is for sure if there’s a category we all fall into the 6th one—The Still Hungover from Last Night.
