Korean Dramas you should include in your binge watch list

The Korean Drama fever is on in the Philippines.

We’re pretty sure that you’re already watching (or done watching) Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo, Descendants of the Sun, Goblin, The Legend of the Sea and other KDramas that sucked the world into the Hallyu system.

So, we’ve gathered a few more KDramas you might want to include in your binge watch list. Just don’t go blaming us if you’ve just spent the next 16 hours watching, okay? Fighting!

Moorim School

Moorim School is a 2016 drama that surrounds the story of four teenagers in the Moorim Institute – a hidden school in Korea. The Institue teaches honesty, faith, sacrifice, and communication. This is apart from the martial arts that you will see in the drama.

Three Color Fantasy

MBC kick started the year with its first trilogy series, Three Color Fantasy. This focuses on three different love stories entitled: The Universe’s Star, Romance Full of Life, and Queen of the Ring. The Universe’s Star, the first part of the trilogy, has just finished airing so you could start with that.

Hwarang is a KBS Drama about a group of young men as beautiful as flowers (We mean it. They’re beyond good looking) and their journey to becoming Hwarang – a group of men formed to protect the Royal Family, and the faceless King. The drama is set in the time of King Jinheung.

Strong Woman Dong Bong – Soon

Dong Bong Soon is a young woman with superhuman strength. The story surrounds her journey in becoming an ‘elegant woman’ to impress her crush, Guk doo. A serial murder case caused her to be Min Hyuk’s, the heir of a rich gaming company, bodyguard.

Missing Nine

Missing Nine is a story of 9 (duh) idols from Legend Entertainment that survived a plane crash on their way to their first concert abroad. The story begins with stylist Ra Bo Hee returning to Korea four months after the plane crash. An investigating committee tries to squeeze her memories to locate the remaining eight passengers.

Also known as Introverted Boss, the story focuses on shy company CEO of a public relations company (I know. Ironic, right?) Hwan Ki and his attempt to break out of his shell through a romance with his employee, Ro Woon.

Tomorrow With You

Tomorrow With You is a story of a time traveler and CEO of a real estate company, Yoo So Joon, and his wife Song Ma Rin – whom he married to avoid the future he once saw.
