Have you ever been to a music event where the sounds are just so rich and engulfing, every beat and sound wave just fills you to your bones and washes over you? And you just close your eyes and take it all in while you wonder what technology the band is hooked up with to produce such entrancing sounds? If you answered yes, chances are, they were using Bose Professional.
Bose Professional is an audio solutions brand that has been around for more than 40 years. And it recently reinforced its presence in the Philippine market as the leading brand in innovative loudspeakers, software, and electronics development by partnering with one of the country’s biggest technology distributors, Versatech International.
On November 7, 2019, Bose held a press launch in Diamond Concept’s showroom located along Chino Roces Avenue to celebrate the audio system brand’s new partnership with Versatech International as its official distributor in the Philippines.
Bose is the sound system that we often see and experience in bars, malls, churches, and other establishments that require amplified sounds. And if there’s one thing that Bose Pro users can agree on, it’s that the brand’s audio applications always deliver supreme sounds that can just saturate the senses.
Now, the audio system brand is expanding its market in the Philippines with the help of Versatech and the shared goal of continuously providing the best audio solutions there can possibly be.
If you’re wondering what makes Bose Professional the innovative problem-solving brand that they are, Regional manager of Bose Professional, Christian Liebenberg gave us a bit of insight as to what sets the brand apart from its competitors.
Liebenberg shared about how he is often asked why they chose Versatech as their distributor in the Philippines. He explains that it’s not so much about distribution and placing their products in the marketplace, but about the partnership and how they can work together with a company to add value to end customers and everyone else in the value chain.
“What we do is we enhance value, we look at equations, we understand how we can solve them,” Liebenberg said.
“When we develop products, they have to be unique. They have to define marketspace. We’re not really interested in dominating a marketspace unless we can add value,” he added.
Liebenberg went on to explain that Bose is not just an audio product brand, but a brand that has developed itself on genuine customer engagements and providing quality solutions that last a lifetime.
“When we consider where Versatech really started many, many years ago to where they are today, their company has evolved. We have a very similar story.”
“But we also consider ourselves as a 50-plus-year-old startup company. Every day for us is a new day. Every day for us is about learning and it’s about experiencing.” Liebenberg concluded.
Attendees of the press launch were given the opportunity to experience the “The Bose Effect” by being walked through some of the applications that the brand currently offers, as well as the new applications that the brand will be releasing in 2020.
The walk-through was led by Versatech business unit manager Fred Cubacob, and through it, the heart of Bose to keep learning and making experiences for users and listeners alike was further elaborated.
“Everything is done thoroughly through engineering. So, we don’t just build speakers because we have a competitor that has the same speakers. We don’t do that. We build products because it has an application.” Cubacob explained.
Bose Professional is about creating experiences, from live music events to crystal clear conference calls. According to the brand, those experiences don’t just happen – “they are built one piece at a time.”
Whether you’ve been a Bose Pro user for a while or you’re just considering trying them out, be sure to brace all of your senses because that’s exactly what the brand was formed to excite and capture.
